The idea behind Locstatt began in the late 1980s, when Bryce Donaldson recognized that workplace safety needed a more practical connection between what happened in the field and how organizations managed risk.
Years of hands-on work with operators and contractors helped shape a system around the realities teams face every day. Rather than forcing operations into rigid software, Locstatt was designed to integrate with the organization’s Safety Management System and adapt to its language, structure and priorities.
