BBS Observations
Using the Workstation Mobile app , available in android and iOS, any user can create BBS Observations in just a few minutes. Employees will be able to select the Description of the event and the Corrective Action or Feedback Given. In top of that, they can select risk levels, take photos, close the case inmediately or leave it as Open to be reviewed later in the Pending cases.
Email notifications are available to be sent to supervisors or employees who need to be aware of the reported case.
Facility Logbook
Our Facility Logbook component allows you to track the entry and exit of all employees working on specific facilities within the company. Each logbook can be configured to corresponding required training courses, or Third Party/Safety Council courses. It is available on android or IOS devices and can validate the training status for each employee entering the workplace.
The training can be configured to all, or specific gates, or facilities, and you can instantly see, whose training is current, expired, or close to expiry.


Hazard Hunts
With Locstatt’s Hazard Hunt app, employees can easily create reports in the field by identifying hazards and adding comments, root causes, risk level and photos. The app also allows them to specify if the hazard has been properly addressed and closed, or if it still requires further action.
Email notifications can be sent to any supervisor or employees who need to be aware of the case to take action.
HSE Safety Meetings
Simply open the Workstation mobile app to create daily, weekly or monthly meetings linked to specific meeting types and training topics. Add employees easily by using their names, IDs, or scanning their badge. The badge can be displayed electronically in the app or in a printable version. You can also add photos and comments to each meeting for thorough documentation before saving.


Incident Reporting
You can report any incident by providing basic information such as a description of the event, risk level, supervisor, incident type, type of work, property damage, date and time, and photos. Additionally, you can include any injury details that may be relevant.
Once the incident is saved, email notifications will be sent to the appropriate supervisors or managers who need to take immediate action. This ensures that the incident is addressed promptly and effectively.
Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
The Locstatt JSA application provides supervisors with a library of task related hazards, expected mitigation measures and history of previous performance related issues for the set task.
It delivers a predictable process or a series of prompts to the supervisor facilitating the JSA process. At the same time they can quickly see their crews training records or if they have missed any hazards captured while previously performing the same task on multiple facilities.


Lessons Learned
The Lessons Learned & Non-Conformance Report application tracks and checks for improvement and quality performance in the field. More importantly it also records what worked well. Contractors can systematically analyze all aspects of their safety and operational performance.
All information regarding the execution of a particular job is then recorded in the application as part of a performance report which is centralized in the Remedial Action Plan.
