What counts as a billable user?
Every employee registered in Locstatt is a billable user, regardless of their role: operator, supervisor, manager or admin. Enter the total registered employees in the calculator, including employees whose training and HSE activity you manage.
Can we start with a small pilot group?
Yes. Start your one-month free trial with a pilot group and the plan that fits your workflows. No credit card is required. Your paid subscription is based on employees registered in the system after the trial.
What if we have more than 1,000 employees?
Enter your employee count and select Request Pricing. The calculator covers 1–1,000 registered employees; larger teams receive a tailored quote. Your entered count is kept in the request.
How does the 10% annual discount work?
Pay all 12 months in one upfront payment to receive an additional 10% discount, applied after your volume discount. Monthly installments do not receive the additional annual discount.
Can we upgrade or downgrade later?
You can upgrade during the initial 12-month contract, with pricing adjusted accordingly. Downgrades are available at the end of the initial term with 30 days’ notice. Renewal and later changes follow your selected contract; our team can help you review the options.
Are we locked into a term contract?
All new contracts are for an initial 12-month period. Then you have the choice of a rolling monthly auto-renew contract, or, for clients wanting an additional annual discount they will continue with a renewable 12-month term.
