A Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) is a document that records a deviation from a standard, specification, or procedure. The purpose of an NCR is to identify and address the issue and to prevent it from happening again.

Audits Overview by Department/shifts (01/08/2025)

We are starting the new year with new reports, one of which is the Audits Overview by Department and Shifts. This report can be found in the Audits section of the Company Performance Overview (CPO) component.

As part of our audits program, we are introducing a new option that allows supervisors and managers to view on a monthly basis, all audits created by day, grouped by department and shift. This way, you can easily track the number of audits and inspections conducted under each shift (if applicable).

Audits Program: Equipment Inspections (10/24/2024)

The Locstatt system offers the audit module where companies can build any template to create audits or inspections. But did you know that you can create a complete list of equipment and link them to any template under the “equipment inspections” type?

Let’s look at how this works, and what the benefits are:

Any company can create a list of equipment, for example – elevators, fire extinguishers, chargers, harness, rental equipment, etc. Then for each list you can also attach the relevant equipment serial numbers (or equivalent information). As part of our Incidents module, we are pleased to announce a new feature that will help our clients add more documentation to each incident, providing details about Rules for Life Violations.

Now, users with Admin rights will be able to see the Rules for Life Violations list, which can be customized by each company to fit their specific needs. By default, each company will see a list with 12 options, but Managers can edit this list as needed.

Incidents by Years of Service and Experience Charts (09/05/2024)

Our Incidents module features a comprehensive form that allows companies to record incidents each month with detailed information like incident types, work types, property damage, injury/illness information, corrective actions, email notifications, costs, root cause analysis, weather conditions, supervisors, facilities, departments, and years of service and experience, etc.

Required Training by Facilities Improvements (08/29/2024)

Each operational facility can be configured with one or more gates, linking them to specific required training. Closing Incidents and Email Notifications (08/14/2024)

The Incidents Remedial Action Plan component is the control center where supervisors and managers review incident information, conduct the proper follow ups, and close the cases.
 
Every time an incident and corrective actions are created, the system provides the option to send email notifications to any employees who need to be informed about the case.
 
To assist with the final steps when closing a corrective action or incident, we have added new features to the Incidents RAP.

Closing BBS Observations (06/06/2024)

The BBS Remedial Action Plan component is the control center where supervisors and managers review, conduct the proper follow ups, edit, and close the cases.
 
We know some BBS Observations require extra time and efforts when multiple actions are assigned to more than one employee. These cases are initially created in the field with the status set to “OPEN.” Supervisors are then responsible for closing out the BBS Observations once the required action has been remediated or completed.
 
So, to improve the communication when a BBS Observation is closed, we have added some new features in the BBS RAP:

Who is on site? The POB Report (05/30/2024)

The Facility Logbook module allows your Company to take advantage of the following features:

  1. View the constant flow of personnel in and out of facilities in real-time – every day, every hour, every minute.
  2. Review weekly or monthly reports listing current man-hours for each employee.
  3. Add training requirements for any facility, and/or gate, to validate (in real-time) which employees working on each specific site have the required training – either current, almost expired, expired, or not taken.

 
But one of the best features that this module offers is the POB report.
For supervisors or managers monitoring multiple employees across a variety of facilities with the logbook app, we have developed a simple real-time report accessible on any laptop or TV.

LOCSTATT SPELL CHECKER TOOL (03/06/2024)

We all know how frustrating ‘auto-correct’ can be when writing up reports, especially when you often don’t see the ‘incorrect’ correction until after a message is sent. So we’ve finally incorporated a new ‘spell checker tool’ that will simply highlight the word in question with red underlining.

This new addition will be invaluable to supervisors & managers as they make their usual rounds reviewing their employees’ HSE activity reports from the field. It means a hurried entry is easily highlighted and can be adjusted at a later time using the web system.

This new feature is currently available via the web system for when you create or edit Audits, BBS Observations, Incidents, Hazard Hunts etc, and it even includes any mistakes highlighted in the Remedial Action Plans once you open an item in Edit mode.

Facility Logbook and Man Hours (02/28/2024)

Whether those man hours are performed by your own personnel, or contractor personnel, you need to know what they are, and where they were performed.

When using the Facility Logbook component, you can not only validate required training, by facility or department, but you can also record & save the entry & exit time of every employee (or Contractor) passing through the Gate. Managers are then able to generate a weekly or monthly report of Man Hours for their own employees, and also to cross reference the monthly invoice for Contractor hours.

Employee Recognition Program and Corrective Actions (12/13/2023)

The Locstatt Employee Recognition Program is the quickest, easiest, & most efficient way to monitor, manage, & support all employees under your supervision.

Simply create your teams or groups of employees, review their HSE activity in the field across any timeline; send immediate feedback and/or Kudos, and keep up to date with who is doing what, and when they do it.

NEW SEARCH FIELD: CASE ID (10/25/2023)

The Master and  Remedial Action Plan components offer plenty of options to search and filter information across all the Locstatt Modules.
It is very easy to go back in time and see all the Audits, BBS Observations or Incidents cases that happened in any facility, location, department or client.

Now, we have added a new Field inside these components that will allow supervisors or managers, with the correct user access, to find any specific case using the new field called “CASE ID”.

Let’s see how it works and where you can find it:

Every time an Audit, BBS Observation or Incident is created, using the web or mobile app, it generates a new Case ID inside the item, plus it will also appear inside the email notifications.

Using the Case ID to assign corrective actions or close it out etc, will create a more streamlined workflow and make it easier to identify specific cases.

HSE/Safety Meetings Improvements (09/21/2023)

Locstatt offers the HSE Meetings component which allows companies or teams to create any Meeting linked to any Meeting Type. You can also register employees with their signatures, upload photos, and/or add comments, etc.

One of the best features within the Meetings component is the ability to create courses linked to any HSE meeting type, and assign different resources and/or documents to that course. This feature assists supervisors when they need to train employees on site at any given moment in the day.

Supervisors can create courses with Schedule documents that will automatically appear in the System at the correct time for access throughout the year. These courses can include videos, audios, and/or diagrams.

MY LOCSTATT OVERVIEW -INCIDENTS SECTION (09/13/2023)

Locstatt already offers a simple yet intuitive Form to record and handle most Incident cases. This Basic Form assists a User, via the Web or Mobile App, when they need to record an Incident. Once the Incident is loaded, the relevant supervisor and/or manager automatically receives an email notification allowing them to start the process of adding more information if needed, and assign corrective actions linked to the root cause, until the case is finally closed out.

How to document the Path of an incident case via the Basic Form is clear & simple, and now we’re excited announce how an employee can review their own Incident documentation via the “My Locstatt” report, allowing them to drill down into all the new reports available.

Audits Completed and BBS RAP Improvements (09/06/2023)

We’ve been working hard to finalize a new way for supervisors & managers to export their monthly list of BBS Observations, and Audits completed.
This customization is essential, especially when downloading and exporting excel files with 1000+ items, and allows you to now customize the excel file with specific columns, etc.

You will find the following new features available via the “Audits Completed” and “BBS Observations RAP” components:

1. You can now export the full list of BBS Observations using the complete list, in any format, with or without colors etc. This means you can export the Raw version of excel without a logo, or cell borders, if required.

BBS Observations – Email Notifications(01/19/2022)

Are you currently using the Behavior Based Safety Module on site?

If so, did you know you now have access to a New Notification Feature via the Web?

Once the BBS is created using the web or mobile app, Supervisors or Users with access to the BBS RAP can then review the BBS in the web system. If an observation is recorded that needs to be shared with other employees, the Supervisor can now click the new “Email Notification” option showing within each BBS.
